Vancouver Farmers Markets
We are looking for someone highly motivated and outgoing to join our existing team and sell our products at the Vancouver markets and in our on site shop. Preferably live in Agassiz or Chilliwack.
Hours would be anywhere from 30-40 hrs a week. After three months, benefits are available.
Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Preparing products for the markets and stocking/restoking our truck
- Slicing cheese and filling soft cheese containers for sale
- Tasting cheeses
- Being a positive face for our company by the way you interact with our customers
- Willingness to learn about our products
- Driving our truck into Vancouver
- Doing your dishes after truck preparation and markets
- Working in our on site shop selling products
Requirements:
- Must have 3 important qualities for customer service...professionalism,patience and a "people-first" attitude
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent listening skills and able to follow direction
- Self motivated and able to work alone as well and in a team
- Able to prioritize
- Able to lift up to 40lbs without discomfort
- Full drivers licence
- Willing to work weekend and overtime
- Food Safe(Preferred)

We supply PPE, have plexiglass in our shop, temperature screening, Covid checklists before entering work, sanitizing, disinfecting and cleaning procedures in place.
