Alpine Holistic Health unites all holistic health practices, including Traditional Chinese Medicine, to provide evidence-based, outcome-oriented health and wellness practices, focusing on wellness maintenance and rehabilitation, to treat health problems effectively with external methodologies and lifestyle modification. Now we, 1244195 B.C. Ltd (Alpine Holistic Health – Vernon) are hiring two Acupuncturists (NOC 32200) position in Vernon, BC.   

  

Description:  

－ Title: Acupuncturist

－ NOC: 32200 

－ Vacancy: 2 positions

－ Location: 3314-A 30 Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C3

－ Compensation: $35/hour (annual compensation $ 54,600) 

－ Hours: 30 hours/week  

－ Benefits: 10-day paid vacations

  

Requirements: 

－ Completion of a 3-4 year program in acupuncture from a private institute

OR completion of some university undergraduate studies in a related field,

OR work experience under the supervision of a registered acupuncturist is required;

－ At least one-year relevant experience is required. 

－ Registration with a regulatory body is required.

 

Responsibilities: 

－ Evaluate indications, irregularities, physiological maladies, and traumas of patients based on principles of traditional Chinese medicine.

－ Carry out in-depth preliminary evaluations to ascertain patients' statuses, medical backgrounds, and therapeutic objectives.

－ Record patients' advancements, devise and execute therapy schemes, and dispense guidance on dietary and lifestyle choices.

－ Inform patients about the advantages and drawbacks of interventions.

－ Administer sanitary acupuncture procedures using sterilized needles, adhering to stringent sanitation and safety protocols.

－ Collaborate with other healthcare experts to ensure seamless and holistic patient care.

－ Keep abreast of the most recent advancements in acupuncture studies, methodologies, and optimal approaches.
