Job Requirements:
·
A
university degree or college diploma in a related field is required.
·
At
least 5-year experience in senior management is required.
· Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage and streamline
logistics, dispatch, customer service, and other core administrative functions
to ensure seamless courier operations.
· Lead and inspire teams
to deliver efficient and timely delivery services, ensuring high customer
satisfaction levels.
· Guide and support staff
in areas such as route planning, fleet management and records administration.
· Maintain adherence to
company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards, ensuring strong
corporate governance.
· Develop and manage
operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation for delivery services.
· Analyze operational
performance metrics, create detailed reports, and present recommendations to
executive leadership for continuous improvement.
· Drive recruitment
efforts, conduct interviews, and oversee the training and development of staff
to build a skilled, motivated workforce.
· Optimize workflows and
implement technology solutions to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and
scalability of courier operations.
· Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational issues, providing effective solutions to challenges.
