Job Description:
• Title: Office Administrative Assistant

• Position(s) Available: 1
• Work Location(s): 3314 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C3
• Weekly Hours: 30-40 hours per week
• Compensation: $25.64 per hour
Benefit:
10-day paid vacation per annum
Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required.
• Completion of a 1-2 year program in related field or some related experience is required.
Job Responsibilities:
• Create, input, revise, and review letters, bills, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and related content from machine transcriptions and handwritten drafts
• Manage incoming mail and electronic communications, and coordinate internal and external information flow
• Plan, coordinate, and confirm employer's appointments and meetings
• Procure office supplies and oversee inventory levels
• Respond to phone and electronic inquiries, and relay calls and messages
• Establish and maintain manual and digital filing systems
• Develop and implement office protocols
• Welcome visitors, determine purpose of visit, and direct them to the employer or appropriate contact
• Document and prepare meeting minutes
• Coordinate travel plans and make reservations
