We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment such as engineering vehicles and tools, and services necessary for the renovation project, and performing the renovation work.

Weekly Hours: 30
Compensation: $40 per hour

Job Requirements:
A university degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in construction technology is required.
At least 5-year experience in construction industry including experience as a construction supervisor or field superintendent are required.
Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategize, coordinate, oversee, manage, and assess construction projects from start to finish.
Monitor, prepare, and develop schedules, specifications, and budgets for construction projects.
Estimate and create construction schedules while closely monitoring progress and processes.
Generate contracts, modifications, progress reports, schedules, and relevant documentation for clients.
Engage in negotiations with architects, consultants, engineers, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to establish construction plans, schedules, and progress.
Implement and execute quality control programs to ensure excellence in construction.
Take responsibility for procuring construction materials and acquiring land.
Hire and supervise subcontractors and subordinate staff, ensuring their activities align with project objectives.
Serve as the company's representative to resolve any relevant issues.
