General construction labourer

We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment such as engineering vehicles and tools, and services necessary for the renovation project, and performing the renovation work.

Title: General construction labourer

Position(s) Available: 3
Work Location(s): 5136 Imperial St suite 2, Burnaby, British Columbia, V5J 1E2
Weekly Hours: 30
Compensation: $23 per hour
Benefit:
10-day paid vacation per annum
Job Requirements:
No degree, certificate or diploma is required
Relevant experience is an asset. Will train.
Basic English communication skill is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Load, unload, and transport construction and renovation materials to designated work areas.
Assist in assembling scaffolding and ladders for construction purposes.
Prepare and support construction and renovation materials, including concrete and paint.
Adhere to supervisor's instructions and follow safety protocols diligently.
Operate tools and equipment in accordance with licensed guidelines and operational manuals.
Provide necessary aid to painters, constructors, framers, electricians, plumbers, and other professionals.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders with partnered suppliers for necessary materials.
