We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment such as engineering vehicles and tools, and services necessary for the renovation project, and performing the renovation work.

Weekly Hours: 30
Compensation: $45 per hour
Benefit:
10-day paid vacation per annum

Job Requirements:
A university degree in civil engineering or a college diploma in construction technology is required.
At least 5-year experience in construction industry including experience as a construction supervisor or field superintendent are required.
Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate construction projects from start to finish.
Create schedules, specifications, and budgets for construction projects.
Estimate and prepare construction schedules, monitor progress, and assess the construction process.
Prepare contracts, progress reports, and schedules for clients.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to negotiate construction plans, schedules, and progress.
Implement quality control programs.
Manage construction materials procurement and land acquisitions.
Hire and supervise subcontractors and staff.
Act as a representative of the company to resolve any relevant issues.
