Job Requirements:
A university degree is required.
At least 5-year experience in related field required.
Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Choose middle managers, directors, or other executives, and grant them the necessary authority while fostering an environment conducive to optimal performance.
Clarify the organization's mission and create a strategic vision by means of policies and tangible objectives that can be achieved through efficient management of personnel, finances, and resources.
Sanction and coordinate the establishment of key departments along with high-ranking positions for senior staff members.
Allocate resources - be it materials, human capital, or finances - to implement organizational policies and programs, institute financial and administrative controls, devise and approve promotional campaigns, and endorse comprehensive human resources planning.
Act as the representative of the organization, or delegate individuals for official functions and negotiations, thereby acting as the organization's proxy.
