TCY Transport Ltd. is a freight shipping trucking company from Richmond, BC. We are now hiring for one Senior Sales Manager (NOC 60010).

Weekly Hours: 30
Compensation: $56.25 per hour
Benefit: 10-day paid vacation per annum
Job Requirements:
A university degree or college diploma in business administration is required.
At least 5 years of experiences in a related field are required.
Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategize, direct, and assess sales department activities across commercial, industrial, wholesale, retail, and other sectors.
Coordinate regional and divisional sales operations.
Formulate organizational policies and procedures concerning sales.
Develop strategic plans for launching new product lines.
Guide the sales team in fostering relationships with business clients and overseeing sales contract negotiations.
Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff.
Collaborate with the marketing department to comprehend and convey marketing messages to the field.
