Weekly Hours: 30
Compensation: $30 per hour
Benefit:
10-day paid vacation per annum
Job Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is usually required.
At least 1 year experience in a related field is required.
Basic English communication skill is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Review the damage assessment and repair cost estimates, and strategize the necessary repair tasks.
Restore and substitute front-end components, body parts, doors, frame, and underbody components.
Rectify dents, buckles, and other imperfections by utilizing blocks and hammers.
Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill openings, dents, and seams.
Detach damaged fenders, panels, and grills using wrenches and cutting torches, and secure replacement parts into position through bolting or welding.
Rectify distorted frames utilizing frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.
Refine, grind, and sand the restored body surfaces using manual and power tools.
Repair and replace glass elements such as windshields, windows, and sunroofs.
Conduct inspections on repaired vehicles and perform test drives to ensure proper handling.
Compose a comprehensive report summarizing the damages and providing an estimate of the costs.
Organize and coordinate work processes in collaboration with the technicians.
Adhere to safety regulations and standards implemented by the automobile industry.
Maintain meticulous documentation and secure customer signatures when necessary.
