Job Description:
Title: Technical Sales Specialist
NOC: 62100
Position(s) Available: 1
Work Location(s): 3314 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C3
Weekly Hours: 30 hours per week
Compensation: $32 per hour
Benefit:
10-day paid vacation per annum
Job Requirements:
Completion of a college or university program in related field is required.
Experience in sales or in related field is an asset.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and attract potential clients to nurture and grow sales relationships with existing customers.
Evaluate clients' requirements, offer suggestions, and assist in selecting appropriate products or services.
Negotiate prices and other sales terms to secure a mutually advantageous arrangement.
Estimate costs related to installation and maintenance of equipment. Formulate and oversee sales agreements and keep detailed customer records.
Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to demonstrate the advantages of our offerings.
Provide post-sale guidance to address issues and provide ongoing assistance to clients.
Monitor market conditions and analyze competitors' activities while staying informed about emerging markets and industry trends.
Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to effectively explain features to clients and address any inquiries.
Offer training programs for clients to ensure proficient use and maintenance of equipment.
Develop, implement, and report on sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
