We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment such as engineering vehicles and tools, and services necessary for the renovation project, and performing the renovation work.

Weekly Hours: 35
Compensation: $32 per hour

Job Requirements:
Completion of post-secondary education in related fields is required;
OR
Completion of high school diploma AND at least 7 months’ experience plus completion of college or industry courses in related fields is required.
Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and enhance engineering drawings and designs using plans, diagrams, and sketches.
Develop and refine design sketches to visualize innovative solutions.
Produce maps, diagrams, and plans for cutting-edge construction projects and structures.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to craft meticulous plans and drawings.
Prepare comprehensive contracts and tender documents to facilitate seamless project execution.
Utilize CAD software to input precise design specifications, ensuring accuracy in every detail.
Review and meticulously test design drawings to ensure alignment with specifications and design data, delivering exceptional results.
Coordinate the efficient filing, storage, and retrieval of drawings, ensuring easy access and organization.
Compile detailed project reports to document and communicate progress effectively.
