Job Description:

· Work Location(s): 6680 McMillan Way suite 110, Richmond, British Columbia, V6W 1J7

· Weekly Hours: 30

· Compensation: $48.08 per hour

Job Requirements:

· A university degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field is required.

· At least 5 years of relevant experience is required.

· Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee the company's marketing projects, advertising, public relations, social media, and other marketing communications activities.

· Interact with multiple Lines of Business within the company to establishes, maintains, and reports development metrics and KPIs of project status.

· Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and translate our strategic vision into successful R&D products that positively impacts portfolio growth and the customer experience.

· Leads a cross-functional team of innovators on key projects and new marketing programs.

· Building a team and procedures, including hiring, training, and promoting talented employees to lead the implementation of marketing projects and achieve short and long-term objectives.

· Develop collaborations and partnerships with third parties.

· Plan and control marketing budget and expenditures.
