Sunshine Coast Resort Ltd. is now hiring one Marketing Manager (NOC 10022).
Job Description:

- Weekly Hours: 30
- Compensation: $48.10 per hour
Job Requirements:
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
- Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive short and long-term marketing plans and programs to support the resort's sales objectives.
- Oversee the resort's advertising, public relations, social media, and other marketing communications activities.
- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and recommend changes to marketing strategies.
- Building a team and procedures, including hiring, training, and promoting talented employees to lead the implementation of marketing projects and achieve short and long-term objectives.
- Establish and develop internal departments and relevant operational procedures and bulletins.
- Develop collaborations and partnerships with third parties.
- Plan and control marketing budget and expenditures.
- May complete other tasks assigned.
