Job Requirements:
- A university degree or college diploma in business administration or in a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
- Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long-term, to support the company's sales objectives.
- Manage the company's advertising, public relations, social media, and other marketing communications activities.
- Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and recommend changes to marketing strategies.
- Establish a team and procedures; hire, train, and promote talented employees.
- Lead the team to implement marketing projects to achieve short and long terms objectives.
- Establish and develop internal departments and relevant operational procedures and bulletins.
- Develop collaboration and partnership with third parties.
- Plan and control marketing budget and expenditures.
- May complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
