- Hours: 40 hours/week
Requirements:
- A post-secondary diploma in the automotive field or a related field is required.
- At least 3-year experience in a management role in the automotive field is required.
- Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and evaluate the operations of the automotive shop
- Manage staff and assign duties
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies
- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Plan budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenues
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Evaluate and improve customer service and respond to customer requests and issues
- Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
