Via Real Estate is the provider of construction, development and real-estate services. We are hiring a General Manager position in Burnaby, BC. 

Job Description:

- Weekly Hours: 30

- Compensation: $54.65 per hour

Job Requirements: 

- A college diploma is required.

- At least 5-year management experience in the construction related industry is required.

Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and establish short-term and long-term objectives for the company.

- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the entire company in relation to its established objectives

- Determine the company’s mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies and specific objectives, which are met through the effective management of human, financial resources and material resources.

- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resource planning.

- Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement develop a high performing managerial team.

- Co-ordinate the work of regions, division or departments.

- Represent the company, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations or other official functions.
