We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment such as engineering vehicles and tools, and services necessary for the project's renovation and performing the renovation work.

- Weekly Hours: 30
- Compensation: $54.65 per hour

Job Requirements:
- A university degree or college diploma in related field is required.
- At least 5-year experience in senior management is required.
- Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish short-term and long-term objectives for the company.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of the entire company in relation to its established objectives
- Determine the company’s mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies and specific objectives, which are met through the effective management of human, financial resources, and material resources.
- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resource planning.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high-performing managerial team.
- Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
- Represent the company or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the company, in negotiations, or other official functions.
