Office Administrator
Mountainaire Campground & RV Park is hiring an Office Administrator (NOC 1221) position in Nanaimo, BC.
Description:
- Title: Office Administrator (NOC 1221)
- Location: 1092 Spruston Road, Nanaimo, BC V9X 1R2
- Compensation: $27.20/hour
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Benefits: 10-day paid vacations & 2-day unpaid sick days per annum
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Completion of post-secondary education is an asset.
- At least one year relevant experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the office administrative procedures.
- Oversee and manage the campground and RV park operations.
- Establish work priorities and follow procedures.
- Answer all incoming enquiries and appointments through phone calls, emails, faxes, and online.
- Coordinate and try to meet all customers’ necessary needs.
- Coordinate supply and all other affairs with third parties to ensure campground and RV park operations.
- Plan and coordinate office services.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare periodic reports to the director.
