GAIA Cultural Media Ltd. aims for business opportunities in four main sectors: space, vision, product, and animation. Provide menu-style special services accordingly which allows clients to make precise choices. Build a top-level design system and create unique aesthetic experiences for global clients. Provide innovative brand planning, architectural design, scenic visual system, and animation IP crossover integration business services. Focuses on animation IP planning, animation stories, and animation product designs. Desire to expand to animation design, brand story planning, spatial visual system, etc. for Canadian cities and scenic areas.
Description:
- Title: Marketing & Advertising Manager (NOC 0124)
- Work Location: 7911 Alderbridge Way, Richmond, BC V6X 2A4
- Compensation: $39.32/hour
- Hours: 30/week (Full-Time), Mon-Fri 10am-17pm PST with 1-hour unpaid break
- Benefit: 2-week paid vacation per annum
Requirements:
- A university degree in business administration field is required.
- At least 5 years relevant experience is required.
- Able to use English at professional workplace is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assess characteristics of products or services to be marketed and advertised and provide advice.
- Provide clients with consultation services of business cultures, marketing, advertisings, and branding strategies.
- Establish and implement advertising promotions for both paper and digital medias.
- Establish, implement, and evaluate communicating and marketing strategies and plans to promote the business clients, employees, publics, government agencies, and other relevant organizations.
- Establish a team and procedures; hire, train, and promote talented employees.
- Lead the team to produce marketing and advertising materials based on clients' needs.
- Establish and develop internal departments and relevant operational procedures and bulletins.
- Establish distributions networks and liaison with clients.
- Represent the company to negotiate and collaborate with third parties.
