- Weekly Hours: 30 
- Compensation: $41.03 per hour

Job Requirements:  
- A university degree is required (extensive experience in the construction industry may substitute for post-secondary education requirements). 
- At least 5-year experience in construction industry including experience as a construction supervisor or field superintendent are required. 
- Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required. 
 
Job Responsibilities: 
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate construction projects from initial to final processes. 
- Monitor, prepare, and create schedules, specifications, and budgets for construction projects. 
- Estimate and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress and process. 
- Prepare contracts, revised changes, progress reports, schedules, and relevant materials to clients. 
Meet with architects, consultants, engineers, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and related parties involved to negotiate construction plans, schedules, and progresses. 
- Develop and implement quality control programs. 
- Responsible for construction materials procurement and land acquisitions. 
- Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff. 
- Represent the company to solve any relevant matters.
